Terrible Bakery

I do not recommend this bakery at all. I ordered a cake and cupcakes for a party and I was told they would have them ready for then. On that day, when I went to pick them up, I was in shock. The cake nor the cupcakes that they made were the way I had ordered them. They were a complete disaster; they looked like if they were made by a kindergarten baby, and the letters looked like someone was barely learning how to write. I told the lady I could not take them that way that they needed to fix it. She said that their cake decorator didn't really understand the order and the girl whom had taken it was fired, but either way that he had left already and he couldn't come back. She called the owner and reimburse my payment, but I left without a cake nor cupcakes for the party. Sice then, I've been trying to contact the owner, now for 4 weeks without any luck. You cannot leave a voice mail and he never shows up at the time his workers say. So if you want to have a great cake, do not come here, you will be disappointed and the same day of the party you will stress trying to get one.
